Dives
with Manatees - We make frequent trips to Crystal River
when the manatees are
in (Late November thru February). We
offer snorkeling and scuba diving trips at Crystal River. We
recommend snorkeling to get the closest to them. Boats depart

Open water class at Deleon Springs on
Saturday, 30th and
Crystal
River on Sunday, December 31, 2000. The weather was
real cold (24 degrees when we made our first dive). The water temp
ranged from 64 to 72 degrees. The warmest and best VIS was at the mouth
of the spring/cavern. We saw many manatees and huge tarpon.
