Alexander Springs, Altoona, Florida 17 June 2001
Open water class on 16 and 17 June 2001. Four open water and one nitrox divers in training this weekend. It was Father's Day (June 17), and Dan and Matthew (fathers) were out with their kids while they got certified.
We were the first in the water that morning so briefly we got to see the spring almost crystal clear, but that only lasted a few minutes until we stirred up the silk a bit....
Alexander Springs was hot, the water cool (72), but a great day.
